Give up coffee, carbonated drinks, alcohol, refined foods. Drink not less than two liters of pure water per day. In the morning drink a glass of warm water with a few drops of lemon juice  on an empty stomach. It helps cleanse the body of toxins that trigger acne.
  • Vitamins E and A help improve the skin.
  • Vitamin C helps to cleanse the skin.
  • If the acne on the back appears in winter, you must give up too tight and synthetic clothing. Give preference to natural fabrics and the clothes of a broader style, for the skin to have minimal contact with the clothing.
