Mineral and thermal waters of Sairme because of their distinct therapeutic properties of the resort attracted a large number of tourists in the period of Soviet Georgia.
In 2012 a new hotel complex has been introduced with 150 rooms to welcome 390 people at the reception. Resort infrastructure has been fully renovated including landscaping with replacement of communications systems.
Sairme resort lies in the region of Imereti, refers to Bagdati municipality. It is located 27 km south-west of the central district. The source of mineral waters "Sairme" is Hanistskali river gorge at an altitude of 880-1000 meters above sea level.
Annual average temperature here is +8,5 oC
Winter - mild (the average temperature in January-1C), with a small amount of snow.
Summer - moderately warm (average temperature in August is +18 C).
Relative humidity - within 75% -85%. Vegetation cover resort - mostly hardwoods (oak, beech etc.), but there are also conifers.
For greater comfort in the vicinity of a new hotel complex equipped buvets with drinking mineral water. Total of four pump rooms. Mineral water in each of them can be provided for 10 people at a time.

Balneology Center of Georgia established the high therapeutic efficacy of the adoption of these waters in the form of baths. Various techniques were developed for receiving baths.

This year, for new guests there will be two new hotels. 150 rooms designed to receive 390 people.
New hotel fully meets the standards of three-star hotels. Each of its rooms have a plasma TV, mini bar, high speed internet, telephone, cable TV, fire alarm system, a range of modern accessories.
Apart of hotel complex project has been updated infrastructure, communications system completely replaced and fully developed the near neighborhood.

Room price is 40 dollars a day. This amount includes all meals and medical consultation.
For children under 3 years staying is free of charge, for children under 6 years of age there are special rates.
