Vitamin E is an intracellular antioxidant. It has many important functions in the human body, maintaining the health, youth and beauty.

Fat-soluble vitamin E is found in many foods:

  • Vegetable oil (sunflower, sesame, groundnut, corn, sea buckthorn, hemp , soybean, etc.), as well as eggs.
  • Vegetables (cucumbers, carrots, onions, potatoes, radishes, etc.).
  • Fruits (peach, plum, apricot, raspberry, etc.).
