- Swimming for newborns no older that three months old.
- Swimming for children aged 3-6 months.
- Swimming for childrean aged 6-9 months.
- Swimming for children aged 9-12 months.

But before you start going to the swimming pool with your child, you should consult with your pediatrician, neurologist and orthopedist. If a mother plans to do exercizes with the baby, she should pass some tests too.
